1. How am I paid?

- Canadian affiliates are paid monthly by Cheque or via PayPal. Minimum cash out $100.
- International affiliates (those with addresses outside Canada) are paid via PayPal where possible. Minimum cash out $100

2. When am I paid?

Payments are made automatically on the twentieth (20th) day of each month when Your account balance reaches $100 or more for the previous months' transactions.

3. How much is my commission?

Qualifying sales earn 7% commission of the "net sale." Your net sales are calculated by subtracting shipping, promos, tax and returns or chargebacks from the total sales amount. All sales referred by your Website for any customer's first purchase. Commission is not applicable for purchases made by the affiliate themselves.

4. What if the visitor buys the goods next week?

We have a 30 day cookie. You will earn a commission for up to 30 days after a person visits your site, clicks on our link, then makes a purchase on our store. In other words, if a person clicks on our link from your site and comes to our store, but does not make a purchase at that time, you may still earn a commission if that person returns to our store within 30 days and makes a qualifying purchase. Therefore, as long as a sale occurs within a 30 day period the sale will be attributed to you.

5. I have signed up, now what do I do?

We try to reply to all applications within 48 hours. However, please be patient - we take the time to visit every applicant web site to make sure that it meets our standards.

6. How do you track the sales?

We use a cookie-based system.
Your links will contain a unique tag that represents your Affiliate ID. When a visitor uses one of your links to click through and browse elearnca.com, the tag is stored and when that visitor makes a purchase, the tag is passed to our order database and credits the sale to your account. With this we are able to track all the details of the sale and who has earned the affiliate commissions.

7. Can I deeplink to a specific page on your site?

Yes, in your affiliate links you will see "?PARTNER=name" You simply place the page you'd like to land on before the question mark. Please check your links when you upload them to your site to make sure they have worked.

8. How do I know when someone has bought something from my site?

You will receive an email every time someone makes a sale from your site, so you will know right away that a sale has been made.

9. One of my sales has not been tracked

Please forward as many details as possible - The link that was clicked, the time of the click, the order number and your ID number. We will investigate it for you.

10. How do I add the banners to my website?

Once logged in, on the affiliate page you will be given some HTML code. Add this code to your websites source code in the location you would like the banner to appear. Remember to test it.

11. Can a web site based outside Canada become a elearnca.com affiliate?

Absolutely. The courses and programs we offer are available to students worldwide.

12. Should I list product prices?

No. Special prices and discounts may apply for a limited time only. Product availability can also lead to changes in prices or discounts. If you list prices, you run the risk of confusing visitors if prices change.

13. Can I use affiliate links in emails?

Yes, links used in e-mails will be tracked.

14. How old do I have to be to participate in the program?

You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Affiliate Program.

15. I am worried that people will block my cookies

This happens rarely. Remember most sites, and a good proportion of the Internet will not work without cookies. Because of our privacy policies we can track close to 100% of the sales.

16. Can I download product or other images from elearnca.com and use them on my web site?

No. All images, product photography and text is the exclusive property of e-Learn Canada.

17. Am I allowed to buy traffic from search engines?

Yes, you can direct traffic from search engines directly to our website. But you must stay within the terms and conditions of the search engines.

18. How do I close my account?

Simply email us your request with your Affiliate ID and we will close your account for you.
