We offer you hundreds of engaging online courses for adults, covering every topic from Anatomy to Web Design.

Each course comes equipped with a patient and caring instructor, lively discussions with your fellow students, and plenty of practical information that you can put to immediate use. All courses run for six weeks (with a two-week grace period at the end). Courses are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, supplementary links, and more. Some lessons may also include a hands-on assignment. You are expected to try and complete each quiz and assignment within two weeks from when the lesson is released. The course will conclude with a final exam. You will have two weeks from the day the final exam is released to complete your studies and submit the final exam for evaluation. You can complete any of these courses entirely from your home or office and at any time of the day or night.

How to get started:

Choose the course you're interested in.
Click the "Enroll Now" button.
Choose the desired session date.
Click the "Is this your first time taking an online course with us?" link below the login area to create your username and password, if you don't already have one.
Complete the Enrollment Information form.
To begin your studies, click the Classroom link, and simply log in with the name and password you selected during orientation.

Start Dates:

New sessions of each course run every month. They last six weeks, with two new lessons being released weekly (for a total of 12). The courses are entirely Web-based with comprehensive lessons, quizzes, and assignments. A dedicated professional instructor facilitates every course; pacing learners, answering questions, giving feedback, and facilitating discussions.

Certificate Requirements:

A 65% or better must be achieved in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Other Requirements:

All courses require Internet access, E-mail, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Firefox web browsers. Some courses may have additional requirements.

As a person who is new to the medical field, (I work at a pharmaceutical company), but not new to medical terms (I am the mother of four kids--lots of doctor and hospital experience!), I found the course to be very interesting and I learned a lot.
