Please note that during normal office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm) we attempt to process all course enrollments within 2 hours of you completing your registration. Outside of office hours we process all enrolments within 24 hours of you completing your registration.

We can accept Money orders in Canadian dollars only. These are available from post offices in Canada. Canada Post website has further information. If the transfer is from an overseas bank or account you must make it clear to your bank that all charges are to be paid by you.
(You are required to notify us by email at the address given above if you choose to pay by Moeny Order or Bank-to-bank wire transfer)
Security:
Your Credit Card payment will be handled securely by PayPal. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.

Terms and Conditions
General
The student acknowledges and agrees that the provision of the Course and the Course materials is the sole responsibility of the Course Provider.
The student agrees to comply with the Course Provider's requirements.
The Course Provider agrees to provide the student with the Course in accordance with the syllabus and the prospectus.
Waiver
None of the conditions or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to have been waived by either party, except by an instrument in writing signed by a duly authorized officer or representative of each party. The waiver by either party of any right hereunder or the failure to enforce at any time any of the provisions of this Agreement, or any rights with respect thereto, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other rights hereunder or any breach or failure of performance of the other party.
Other Terms
If at our discretion we afford you any relaxation of these terms, this shall in no way affect our rights under these terms and conditions.
You are required to notify us in writing at the address given above of any changes to your postal address.
Copyright
All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the course materials are either owned by or licensed to us. Copying, adaptation or any other use of all or any part of it without our express permission is strictly prohibited.
Transferring Course
We retain the sole discretion concerning whether a course may be transferred from you to a third party. We will treat all justifiable requests as compassionately as possible.

If we agree to allow you to transfer to another course, the total fees paid towards the discontinued course will be offset against the cost of the new course. However we will require that if the new course is more expensive than the discontinued course, the balance should be paid in full and there will be a standard 80 CAD transfer fee.
Refund
There is no refund after the student has received access information for their course.

We will not disclose your details to any person, unless you have given your consent or we are compelled to do so by law, or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by any law enforcement agency or government authority.
