eLearn Canada College is registered in the province of Quebec with Accreditation Number: 09044362, and has the governmental approval to operate, train, teach and offer career training non-credit courses to individuals and companies.

By means of assessments that need to be completed after each lesson and submitted to your tutor for marking via e-mail. This enables your tutor to monitor your ongoing progress. Some assessments are made online, with immediate feedback response. At the end of the course there is a final exam which is also completed from home so you need never leave the comfort of your house.

The types of questions you will be asked will vary from: multiple-choice questions, true or false, a single word answer, a single paragraph, to a short essay. Either way, you can be assured that you will be able to successfully answer the questions from the work you have covered in the course materials.

Every time you submit a test paper for marking we acknowledge receipt thereof. We then pass it on to the tutors for marking and students normally get feedback from the tutor within one to two working days. In the meantime you are welcome to continue with your other lessons. Test papers are submitted via e-mail to your tutor.

Unlike other Distance Education Colleges, we impose no time limits or pressures on you to complete your course material. Your course will not expire, and it will not become invalid until you have successfully completed it. All that we ask, is that you inform the College if you are intending to take a break from studying for a period of 6 months or more.

Once you have successfully completed your final exam the College or Institution that provides the course awards you your qualification. These colleges are recognised by various associations and you will therefore be able to apply for membership to these on the basis of your qualification.

Unlike traditional schools, colleges or universities there are no terms, semesters, or specified intake dates for our uniquely flexible distance education courses. Our system of continuous enrollment means that our students can enroll on any day and at any time of the year. This allows our students the freedom to plan their studies to fit in with their lifestyle or work commitments.

No, once the course has been paid for there are no further costs involved.

Absolutely. The courses and programs we offer are available to students worldwide. They cross all geographical boundaries and require no previous knowledge from the student.

The enrollment application process can be accessed by clicking on the ENROLLMENT button and completing the secure online registration form. Payment may be made by cheque, debit or credit card, money order, or PayPal.

We know that you are eager to start your course and that is why that as soon as you have completed the online enrollment procedure, you will have access to your entire course within 2 hours during normal office hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST). Outside of office hours you will receive an email confirmation
.with your credentials “Student ID & Password” within 24-hours after we process your registration.

Once you have enrolled with us, you will receive access to your online course, you will also receive the name of your personal tutor at the College. At the end of each lesson you will find a question paper on the work that you have covered. Only when you feel ready, do you complete and return this to your personal tutor at the College. Your personal tutor then marks your paper and returns it to you with your feedback.

Obviously this is dependant upon the nature of the course you enroll on. As an estimate, the levels of learning for our courses range from a vocational standard all the way up to a certificate in higher education. All of our courses have been written and structured especially for home study, thus you will always find that the course material is written in a clear, concise and easy to understand format.

No, all the courses are complete, but students are encouraged to do further reading.

The Internet and local libraries normally provide a large source, but students can always contact their tutor for additional sources. Students also have access to the elearn LIBRARY which is a collection of reference materials, links to e-journals, and reading lists compiled by our tutors, and NEWS ZONE which contains regularly updated links to the latest news items.

No, all of our courses are available to all students of all academic backgrounds. If you are concerned that you may have difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact one of our friendly course advisors who will be more than willing to discuss the options available to you.

Yes, this is possible and you will find that it creates a steady flow of work for the student. Many of the courses are very complementary to each other and work well together. Students start with one course and very quickly find how easy it is to study from home and move on to the next.

Only Canadian residents can pay six equal payments for courses over $500.00. However, any special offers and discounts will not be applied. To register for an instalment plan, please contact us.

No, all the courses are specially designed to be taken in the comfort of your own home. However, our dedicated team of tutors is always available to deal with any queries you may have.
