You may send a written communication to our Business Headquarters, through the contact forms in our Website, or to the e-mail address indicated in the heading of this legal notice, including in both cases a photocopy of your ID card or other similar identification document, to request the exercise of the following rights:

• Right to request rectification (if incorrect) or deletion of Personal Data.
We will give you access to any Personal Data we hold about you within 30 days of any request for that information. (c) Newsletter subscribers’ details: From the moment the user subscribes to the newsletter until the subscription is ceased.

We use Elavon as the processor of credit card transactions. Therefore, all payments for the services will be done through Elavon. Elavon, uses security measures to protect your information both during the transaction and after its completion. They are a United States and Canada based seller of digital goods specialized in safe and secure Internet sales
We also use PayPal as payment processor. PayPal helps keep your transactions secure by not sharing your full financial information with sellers.

17. Third Party Service Providers

CloudFlare

Out Website use Cloudflare to secure and speed up our services. CloudFlare acts as a caching proxy server between you and Linode server.
CloudFlare operated by Cloudflare group (Cloudflare Inc. (United States), Cloudflare Ltd. (England), and Cloudflare, Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)), the data of which are stored in CloudFlare’s data centers.
Cloudflare is fully committed to GDPR compliance as described on their website and they are working on a certification under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield with the Department of Commerce that they adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland, respectively, so they can lawfully host EU client’ data on their US servers when that’s needed. They are moving it forward as a second-tier compliance mechanism after the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google

We use G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Calendar for business), for communication, storage, and collaboration. Personal Data related to some of our services (except for payment details) is kept in Google’s systems.
Google is fully committed to GDPR compliance as described on their Commitments to GDPR that articulate the commitments with us.
